Shipyourday is provided by Patrick Jacobsen in Sweden. Contact support@shipyourday.com for help. The seller's address and phone number are on the legal contact page. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Plans, trial and billing

Shipyourday is free to download. A monthly or annual subscription unlocks adding, importing, editing and organizing content in the Library, Notes and Spaces, including editing in shared Spaces. Both plans have the same features. The app and Apple’s purchase sheet display your current localized price, billing period and any introductory offer before you confirm.

Eligible customers may receive a one-week free trial. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility for the subscription group, and switching plans does not promise another trial. A trial converts to the chosen paid plan unless canceled under the terms Apple displays. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles renewal, cancellation and refund requests. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings; to avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends as Apple explains in the purchase flow. Request a refund through Apple.

Cancellation normally leaves paid access until the end of the current entitlement period. A refund, revocation or Apple’s trial handling can end access earlier. After access ends, you can still view, search, export and delete existing content. Adding and editing require renewed access. Expiration does not automatically delete your Library or shared Spaces. Each collaborator needs their own subscription and permission from the Space owner to edit. Family Sharing is not included in the initial subscription products.

Your content and collaboration

You keep your rights to material you add. Store and share only material you may lawfully use. Invited participants can access shared content according to the permissions you grant and may keep copies they export. Do not use the app to distribute unlawful material, infringe rights, harass others or attempt unauthorized access.

You control local and iCloud storage choices and should keep backups of important content. An Apple Account, network connection, sufficient storage and Apple service availability may be needed for syncing and collaboration. There is no separate Shipyourday account.

If you choose to load a video in the embedded YouTube player, YouTube API Services and the YouTube Terms of Service apply to that playback. You can leave the player unopened and use the rest of your Library.

Availability and consumer rights

We work to correct defects, but networks and third-party services may be interrupted. TestFlight builds are pre-release software and may differ from the public version. Changes to prices, paid features or these terms will follow applicable Apple rules and legal notice, consent, cancellation and refund requirements. Nothing here excludes consumer guarantees or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
